We are located at number 70 Waltham Road, upstairs above the paintball. There is parking around the side of the building. Please do not block access to the units to the rear of the facility.
The gym is open 30 minutes before classes start for you to come and warm up and practice individual techniques. Please do not come up before this, even if the door is open as there may be other activities taking place in the gym and they should not be disturbed.
