We are located at number 68-70 Waltham Road, at the back of the main car park, unit 6 (the one with the red roller door). There is plenty of parking in the main car park and also right outside the gym. Please do not block access to the rest of the units.
The gym is usually open 30 minutes before classes start for you to come and warm up and practice individual techniques. Please do not come up before this, even if the door is open as there may be other activities taking place in the gym and they should not be disturbed.
