Once you become a member of CMMA, you can come and train in whichever Martial Art(s) you chose. You actually become a member of the facility first and foremost, giving you access to all Martial Arts classes, as well as our fully equipped gym. You have the option to “specialize” in one style, or if you prefer, you can come along and train in all the disciplines hosted here. You do not have to compete, in fact, the majority of our students undertake these effective martial arts for fitness, to gain valuable self defence skills and to become part of a vibrant and progressive club.
All of the styles offer a wide range of training and techniques and we encourage you to try them all, perhaps find the one that best suits your needs. Classes are on Monday through Friday from 6pm and 11 am onwards on Saturday. See the timetable for full details.
You should come along and talk to the individual Instructor about what is involved within that particular Martial Art. Or if you like, come and try out a couple of classes, THE FIRST WEEK IS FREE! The instructor will also fill you in on any rules or regulations you may need to know (these may vary between styles)
Fees: There are many different options to suit, click here and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the details. Remember, whichever fee option you undertake, you can train in all of the general classes for the one fee!
The Thai Boxing, Ju Jitsu and MMA systems are designed to get you fit, motivated and enjoying yourself while gaining valuable self defense skills. So go on, what are you waiting for, join up now!
